ABOUT CINDY

Cindy brings a wealth of experience to Coldwell Banker Realty. A graduate of Stanford University, Cindy also received her MPH and MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. With an extensive background in financial and healthcare consulting, Cindy's business acumen and negotiating skills come in handy for her clients. Cindy has always been involved in her local community. She received the prestigious "Orchid Award" from the East Sacramento Improvement Association for developing the popular East Sacramento Children's Park on the corner of Folsom Blvd. and 42nd Street. Cindy was also honored by the Chamber of Commerce as Volunteer of the Year in 2018 for chairing the park rebuild effort which raised $150,000 in private donations for new play equipment, tables, benches, and a shade structure. Cindy is a member of the Master's Club in the Sacramento Association of Realtors for sales in excess of $5,000,000 one year and received the prestigious Coldwell Banker International President's Circle Award for outstanding sales in 2024.
