About Cindy
Cindy Leathers brings a wealth of experience to Coldwell Banker. A graduate of Stanford University with a degree in Human Biology, Cindy also received her MPH and MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. With an extensive background in financial consulting, Cindy's business acumen and negotiating skills come in handy for her clients.
Cindy has always been active in her local community. She received the prestigious "Orchid Award" in 2019 from the East Sacramento Improvement Association for developing the popular East Sac Children's Park. Cindy was also named Volunteer of the Year by the East Sacramento Chamber of Commerce for chairing the rebuild effort for the park which raised $150,000 in private donations for new playground equipment.
Cindy achieved Master's Club membership in 2018 in the Sacramento Association of Realtors for sales in excess of $5,000,000. In addition, Coldwell Banker honored her with the President's Circle Award in 2022 and the International Diamond Award in January 2023 for her outstanding sales.
